Where we come from.
NFCG grew out of more than 14 years of enterprise solutions architecture in healthcare IT, on the kind of systems hospital networks trust with patient records, including Epic and MEDITECH. That work set our habits: clear architecture, governance, and systems that have to be right.
We also work inside construction day to day: project management, estimating, design and drawings, millwork, build-out and field operations, along with the RFIs, submittals and change orders that come with them. We build from that working knowledge and try each setup inside our own businesses first, so we know what a busy operation will and will not put up with.
We work across AI vendors, and name them.
You are not locked to one provider. Today we build with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
Most work happens over video and shared tools. We also run on-site working sessions with clients in our home region.

It has to be right
Systems that hold patient records do not get to be roughly correct. We design the structure first, keep every claim traceable to its source, and mark a draft as a draft until someone has checked it.
Proven on live work first
What we offer has already run on live work. If it slows a working day down, we find that out before it reaches yours, and each mistake a pilot finds becomes one short line in the brief.
A person makes the call
The software prepares the work, and nothing runs until a named person has approved it. A job runs by itself only after it passes a pilot, and the record shows who decided.
