A builder and contractor splitting the day between the jobsite and the office. Platform software cost more in onboarding and setup than it gave back, so HJD went to automation instead: the BldSync beta for estimates, code research, and SOPs, plus North Forge's voice-to-CRM intake on the main line.
A design studio promoting design services and millwork through a brand and site built with new AI tools, without the standard AI look. North Forge is wiring the backend next: automation for the client portal, FFE, modeling, marketing, and procurement, with content creation to follow.
A marketplace for trades and handyman work: clients post day-scope jobs, vetted trades pick them up, and every job runs with the discipline of a six-figure project managed by a builder. Built to serve both sides, powered by a private BldSync platform.

BldSync is our in-house AI toolkit for what contractors actually do: quoting, estimating, SOP building, and code research, grounded in real codes and jobsite data instead of a generic AI's wide net. HJD runs the beta; a private BldSync platform powers Sherpa Pros. It is the standard kit a Company Build or Managed Retainer runs on.

North Forge's voice-to-CRM automation. Each brand's main line is answered by a conversational AI that works for both sides of the call: the caller gets what they came for, the business gets the meeting booked and the details written into GoHighLevel. Four brands, one pipeline. A service and a tool, not another platform to run.
NFCG TeamSync, live in client work with a mid-size general contractor. Virtual meeting transcripts get summarized and rationalized in construction terms, RFIs, submittals, change orders, action items, then filed into Procore as project updates, with the next agenda spun up from what is still open. The record syncs to Monday.com so leadership runs oversight from one board. An AI construction employee, hosted or self-hosted, backs the day-to-day.
