How an engagement runs.

Readiness check, intake, build, pilot, handoff. Then a retainer if you want it kept current.

What an engagement looks like.

From the readiness check to a working setup your team uses, in the order we do it. The steps are the same whatever the business does.

  1. Readiness check

A short review of your tools and workflows, included with every engagement and free on its own. You get a plain-language write-up with a recommended tier and the connectors worth wiring.

  2. Intake

Start from the metrics that matter

A short questionnaire about your company, your voice, your top three headaches, and the numbers the work is meant to move.

We begin with your company KPIs, the numbers you already track, or the ones we help you define. Company KPIs set the department KPIs, and those set an outcome goal for each person. Everything downstream traces back to a metric it is meant to move.

We start there because the metrics show which AI services the business needs. The setup targets those and skips the rest.

The usual ones: time per estimate or proposal, days from meeting to filed record, days to invoice, tasks per person per week, and how much of a first draft survives to send.

    • Company KPI
    • Department KPI
    • Individual outcome goal
  3. Build

Set it up at three levels

We stand up your setup: the brief, the role assistants*, your connected tools*.

The same setup at the top of the organization, in each department, and for every person, so goals and KPIs line up all the way down. You can start at any one of them.

Unify platforms and strategy around company goals.

One set of goals and KPIs at the top. Every platform and every strategy lines up to them, so the whole company pulls the same way.

    • Company goals and KPIs
    • Platform strategy
    • One source of direction

Five steps every task goes through. Capture, Prepare, Draft, Approve, Record, at every level. The model does the first pass, and the record shows what it rested on and who decided.

You stay in control. A person checks what the AI produced before anything goes out, and nothing runs on its own until a named person has approved it.

    Step 1 of 5

    Bring the work in, classified

New material is sorted and labeled before it goes anywhere, so sensitive material is handled as sensitive from the start.

Built on the tools you already use. We are model-neutral. We work across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity, and plug into the systems you already run, so you are not locked to one.

  4. Pilot

We run live work through it and tighten the rules wherever it makes a mistake.

What a pilot changed, case by case

  5. Handoff

You get a working setup, training for your team*, and the guide to keep it current.

  6. Retainer, optional

Scheduled reviews, KPIs tracked over time, and new workstreams added without a rebuild. A person reviews and approves every change, and it goes on the record.
