Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to your use of the website at nfcg.io (“the site”), run by NFCG (“NFCG”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us.

2. The site is information, not an offer

What the site says about our services, tiers and past work is general information. It is not an offer to contract, a quote, or a promise of any result. Sending the contact form, booking a call or receiving a readiness write-up does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to anything.

Paid work is governed only by a separate written agreement or statement of work that both sides sign. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work.

3. No professional advice

Content on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. For advice about your own situation, talk to a qualified professional. Case studies describe past work, and what a setup does for your business depends on your business.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the NFCG name and logo, and code, belong to NFCG or the people who license them to us, and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use, including evaluating our services for your business. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on the content without our written permission.

Other companies’ names and marks that appear on the site, such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Procore and GoHighLevel, belong to their owners. We name them only to identify the products we work with. Naming them does not mean they partner with, sponsor or endorse NFCG.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to help someone else break one;
• send false information, or someone else’s information without their permission;
• send spam, advertising or bulk messages through the contact form;
• upload or send malicious code, or try to get into systems or data you are not allowed to reach;
• overload, disrupt or probe the site, or get around any security measure;
• collect content or data from the site with automated tools in a way that burdens it; or
• pretend to be NFCG or suggest a connection with NFCG that does not exist.

6. Third-party services and links

The booking calendar on the Contact page is run by GoHighLevel, and its terms and privacy policy apply to what you do in it. The site also names, and may link to, other companies, including the AI vendors we work with. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, NFCG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NFCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and someone brings a claim against NFCG because of it, you agree to cover NFCG’s resulting losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change is posted, you accept the updated terms.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
