Privacy Policy.

What this site collects, why we collect it, and who it goes to.

This policy covers the website at nfcg.io. It explains what information NFCG collects through the site, how we use it, and who we share it with. Work we do for a client is covered by the written agreement for that work.

1. Who we are

NFCG is a consulting business that sets up AI tools inside the software a business already runs. In this policy, “NFCG”, “we” and “us” mean NFCG, and “the site” means nfcg.io. To reach us about anything in this policy, see Contact us.

2. What we collect and how

Information you give us

  • The contact form. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, your email address, and a description of work in your business that repeats or gets typed in more than once. Those three are required. You can also give your company name, your role, which of our service tiers you think fits, and where you found us. If you use the readiness check version of the form, it also asks, optionally, what tools run your office, your team size, any project or work platform you use, how far along you are with AI, which AI tools you use and what they are connected to, and a target date or timeframe. The form also records whether you sent a readiness check or a plain brief.
  • The booking calendar. The Contact page shows a scheduling calendar run by GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector). If you book a call, what you type into the calendar goes straight to GoHighLevel, and we receive the booking. See Third parties on the site.
  • Phone calls and email. If you call us or write to us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics.We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They record page views, the page that sent you here, general details such as browser, operating system, device type and country, and how fast pages load. We also record a few actions: sending the contact form (with your answer to “Where did you find us?”), clicking a button to book a readiness check or a call (with the part of the page the button sits on), and tapping our phone number (with where it was tapped). Vercel says these tools do not use cookies. It tells visitors apart with a code made from the incoming request and discards it after 24 hours. The reports we see show totals only.
  • Server logs. Vercel hosts the site. Like most web hosts, its servers record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. If a form submission fails to reach us, our code writes an error message to these logs, and that message can include the error our email or CRM provider sent back.

3. How we use it

  • To read your message, reply to it, and prepare the readiness write-up you asked for.
  • To schedule and hold a call you book.
  • To keep a record of our contact with you in our CRM and follow up about the work you asked about.
  • To see which pages and buttons people use, so we can improve the site.
  • To keep the site running and secure, and to find and fix errors.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across other sites. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of the site and the business for us:

  • Vercel hosts the site, runs the code that receives the contact form, provides the analytics described above, and keeps the server logs.
  • Resend delivers each contact form to our inbox as an email. That email holds everything you entered in the form.
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is our CRM and runs the booking calendar. When you send the contact form, we create or update a contact record there with your name, email address, company, the kind of form you sent, the tier you picked and where you found us, and we open a sales record for the inquiry. Your other form answers are not sent to GoHighLevel. Calls booked through the calendar are stored there too.
  • Our email provider stores the form emails and any email you send us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

5. Cookies and tracking

  • The site does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use browser storage to track you.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights work without cookies.
  • We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, or tracking across other websites.
  • The site’s code can load Plausible Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, but each stays off unless we switch it on, and none of them is on. We will update this policy before we switch any of them on.
  • The booking calendar on the Contact page loads from GoHighLevel, along with a small GoHighLevel script. GoHighLevel may set its own cookies or use similar technology inside the calendar, under its own privacy policy. We do not control those.
  • The site’s fonts are served from nfcg.io itself, so loading a page does not contact a font service.

6. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. The site does not change what it does when it receives one, because there is no common standard for how a site should respond. With or without the signal, the site does not track you across other websites.

7. Third parties on the site

GoHighLevel runs the booking calendar embedded on the Contact page. When the calendar loads, GoHighLevel receives your IP address and browser details, and it receives anything you type into it. GoHighLevel handles that information under its own privacy policy. Vercel collects the analytics and server log data described in section 2.

The site names and sometimes links to other companies, such as the AI vendors we work with. If you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

8. How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and to run any business relationship that follows, and as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.

9. Your choices and rights

  • You can skip any optional form field.
  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will also ask GoHighLevel and our other providers to delete their copies where they hold them for us.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s law. We will not treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form is passed to our email and CRM providers over encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its security.

11. Children

The site is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page.
