A design and millwork studio
01 · The problem
A studio that needed to look designed
A design studio sells design and millwork, work that lives or dies on how it looks. Standard AI output has a look of its own, and it is not one a design studio can wear.
The studio needed a brand and a site that read as designed, plus a backend that could run inquiries, projects and procurement without adding office headcount.
Before: Standard AI output had a look of its own, and a design studio could not wear it.
02 · The goal
What we set out to move
A brand and site that read as studio work, with inquiries in one place.
03 · How it was achieved
Brand first, backend next
An AI-built brand that does not look it
The brand, site and visuals were produced with new AI tools pushed past their defaults, so the output reads as studio work.
The main line on voice-to-CRM
Inquiries run through a voice-to-CRM intake, so pre-construction and millwork calls land in one pipeline.
Backend automation, in progress
Portal, FFE, modeling, marketing and procurement automation are being wired now, with content creation to follow.
- AI brand build
- Design and millwork
- Backend automation
04 · The solution
What works now
- The brand and site are live, promoting design services and millwork.
- Inquiries run through a voice-to-CRM intake into one pipeline.
- Backend automation is in progress, and we say so.
After: The brand and site are live and read as studio work, and inquiries land in one pipeline.
| KPI | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry-to-consultation rate | A stock AI look the studio could not wear | Live brand and site, inquiries in one pipeline |
The five steps and the controls
Where it stands
The brand and site are live and doing their job. The automation backend lands piece by piece, and this page will say so as each piece starts carrying load.
Every task goes through the same five steps: capture, prepare, draft, approve, record. The model does the first pass. Nothing runs on its own until a named person has approved it, and a job runs by itself only after it passes a pilot. See the five steps
