Sherpa Pros: day-scope jobs, run like real projects

Finding good trades for small jobs is broken in both directions. Sherpa Pros matches clients with vetted trades and handymen and runs each day-scope job the way a builder runs a six-figure project.

Day scopeSIX-FIGURE DISCIPLINE
The situation

Small jobs, served by nobody

For a client, finding a vetted trade for a day of work is a coin flip. For a trade, filling the gaps between big jobs means chasing word of mouth. The platforms that exist tend to serve one side and leave the other to fend.

The fix was not another listings board. It was treating a one-day job with the same discipline a builder brings to a six-figure project: scope, schedule, and a clean closeout.

What we built

A marketplace built from the builder's side

01

Post the job with a scope

Clients post day-scope work through one intake, with the scope attached, not buried in a message thread.

02

Matched to vetted trades

Jobs are matched to vetted trades and handymen who fit the work, so both sides know who they are dealing with before anyone commits.

03

Managed like a real project

Each job is scoped, scheduled, and closed out with builder-grade project management, at day-project size. Behind it runs a private platform built on BldSync.

The result

Both sides get a fair job

Clients get vetted help without the coin flip, trades get real work between the big jobs, and every job closes out like a project instead of a favor. Think of the on-demand platforms for rides and food, applied to getting a project done, with a builder running the job.
