How one AI-voice framework put four brands in a single pipeline

North Forge and the three ventures it operates each run their own main line and their own voice. We built one framework: an AI voice answers each brand, books the meeting, and loads it into GoHighLevel, so every opportunity lands in one place.

The situation

Four brands, four front doors

North Forge and the three ventures it owns and operates, HJD Builders, Belle Vie, and Sherpa Pros, each ran its own main number and caught calls its own way. Leads landed in four separate places, and no one saw the whole picture at once.

A missed call at one brand was invisible to the rest, and pulling a report meant stitching four systems together by hand.

What we built

One framework, one pipeline

An AI voice per brand

Each brand's main number is answered by its own AI voice, matched to the brand, that talks with the caller in real time. Not a chatbot, a voice.

Book the meeting, then log it

The agent moves the caller toward a booked call or meeting, confirms it by text and email, and writes the whole interaction into GoHighLevel.

One pipeline across the brands

Because every brand runs on the same framework, North Forge sees every opportunity, call, and message across all four brands in a single pipeline.
