Decisions made out loud, lost on paper
Job meetings decide everything: which RFI gets pushed, which submittal is late, which change order is coming. Then the meeting ends, and the decisions live in a notebook or in nobody's memory until a PM retypes them, if they do.
Leadership had the opposite problem: the answers existed, but they lived inside Procore screens an executive does not open. Getting a portfolio picture meant asking someone to build one.

Every virtual meeting's transcript is summarized the way construction tracks work: RFIs raised, submittals due, change orders discussed, action items with owners. It files into Procore as project updates, sorted the way the project tracks them.

The next meeting's agenda drafts itself from what is still open: unanswered RFIs, overdue submittals, pending change orders. Meetings start where the last one left off.

The Procore record syncs to Monday.com, so leadership sees what moved, what is stuck, and what needs a decision across every project, without living inside project management software.
