NFCG TeamSync: meetings that file themselves
TeamSync turns a mid-size general contractor's virtual meetings into their own record: construction-literate summaries filed into Procore, agendas spun up from open items, and a Monday.com board that gives leadership the whole picture.
Decisions made out loud, lost on paper
Job meetings decide everything: which RFI gets pushed, which submittal is late, which change order is coming. Then the meeting ends, and the decisions live in a notebook or in nobody's memory until a PM retypes them, if they do.
Leadership had the opposite problem: the answers existed, but they lived inside Procore screens an executive does not open. Getting a portfolio picture meant asking someone to build one.
The meeting writes the record
Transcript to Procore, in trade terms
Every virtual meeting's transcript is summarized and rationalized the way construction actually tracks work: RFIs raised, submittals due, change orders discussed, action items with owners. It files into Procore as project updates, not a wall of notes.
Agendas that spin themselves up
The next meeting's agenda drafts itself from what is still open: unanswered RFIs, overdue submittals, pending change orders. Meetings start where the last one left off instead of rebuilding context.
Executive oversight on one board
The Procore record syncs to Monday.com, so leadership sees what moved, what is stuck, and what needs a decision across every project, without living inside project management software.
An AI construction employee on the roster
Hosted or self-hosted, built on the BldSync API: it knows the day-to-day of running construction work and it knows the platforms. Procore today; Buildertrend, Jobber, and QuickBooks Online in the pipeline.
The record keeps itself
Nothing said in a meeting gets lost between the call and the log. The project record stays current in Procore, the agenda is ready before anyone asks, and leadership reads the whole operation off one board.
